I like this Pilgrim's Progress type of illustration; it stands the test of time and John Bunyan would have liked it too! The choices we make as to which road we walk down is not always helped by listening to the many voices that say 'go this way, it's what the Bible says you must do!' Jesus' voice is enough; in fact the Bible as canon suggests He isn't enough.
